Delete your account
You can permanently close your PadiBills account and remove personal data from the mobile app or website. Deletion is irreversible.
In the app or on the website
- Sign in to your PadiBills account.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm with your password (and transaction PIN if you have one).
Signed-in users can also start from Settings → Delete account.
Before you delete
- Withdraw any remaining wallet balance.
- Wait until pending payments, gift-card trades, and disputes are finished.
What we remove and what we keep
We anonymize or delete personal details such as your name, phone, email, and identity information, and we revoke your sessions so you cannot sign in again.
We retain financial transaction records as required for legal, dispute, and fraud-prevention purposes under Nigerian law. See our Privacy Policy.
Cannot sign in?
If you cannot access your account, email emmanuel.devpro@gmail.com from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We may ask for extra verification before completing the request.
