Fees & pricing

Adding money via bank transfer or card may include a small processing fee charged by our payment partner. Any fee is shown on the funding screen before you pay.

Service prices include our platform margin over the supplier cost. The total you pay is the amount deducted from your wallet at checkout — there is no hidden “service fee” line after confirmation.

Bank withdrawals may carry a flat or percentage fee depending on the corridor and partner. The fee and net amount are shown before you enter your PIN.

Buying: Rates and any markup are shown on the buy flow before you pay.

Selling: You see the live offer (₦ you will receive for the face value) before you submit. We credit that offer amount when the trade is approved; rejected trades do not debit your wallet.

If you earn commission as a partner, rates are defined in your partner agreement and reflected in your partner dashboard — they are not an extra charge on customer checkouts.
